新华社反右派斗爭已胜利告一段落,現在已轉入以整改为主的第三阶段。这是的整風运动能否取得全胜有决定意义的一个阶段,也是对新华社今后的發展有决定意义的一个阶段。从整風运动的前兩个阶段来看,我们的确取得了很大的胜利。我们揭露和孤立了右派分子,使参加运动的人在大是大非問题上受到了極其深刻的教育。同时,我们也揭露了工作中的许多缺点和錯误。这些无疑对于今后的整風运动是極为有利的。但是,正如邓小平同志在关于整風运动的报告中所說,反右派本身并不能消除我們的缺点和錯誤。因此,如何在已有的胜利的基础上进一步取得整改的胜利,这是目前我們全社的中心任务。第三阶段主要是整顿作風,改进工作,若重反对领导干部的官僚主义、主观主义和宗派主义的錯誤。新华社的情况怎样呢?中央关于整風运动的指示中指出,“几年以來,在我們党內,脫离群众和脫离实际的官僚主义、宗派主义和主观主义,有了新的滋長。”新华社的情况也毫不例外。从已經揭發出來的許多事实來看,领导干部脫离群众、脫离实际的情况是相当严重的。
