棉酚对子宫内膜的退缩或萎缩作用已经光镜观察明确,超微结构的观察也证明棉酚对子宫内膜腺上皮细胞有直接作用。本文观察棉酚治疗子宫内膜不典型增生后的超微结构改变,进一步探讨棉酚的作用机理。
Gossypol on the endometrial retraction or atrophy has been observed by light microscopy, the observation of ultrastructure also proves that gossypol has a direct effect on endometrial glandular epithelial cells. This paper observed gossypol treatment of endometrial dysplasia ultrastructural changes, to further explore the mechanism of gossypol.
