目的通过对平果县婴幼儿营养状况的调查,了解该县婴幼儿的喂养情况及营养状况,为婴幼儿合理喂养、改善婴幼儿营养状况、减少营养不良的患病率提出科学依据。方法选择该县在儿童保健门诊体检年龄为1~24个月婴幼儿共2540例,对婴幼儿测量身高(身长)、体重,并与WHO推荐的标准进行比较,以问卷形式对婴幼儿的家长进行喂养状况及辅食添加调查。结果 <4个月的婴儿纯母乳喂养率城乡分别为57.14%及32.38%。>6个月婴儿辅食添加不合理,且存在城乡差别。添加豆类和鱼肉、蛋类等富含优质蛋白质比率低,以致6个月后婴幼儿体格生长发育逐渐下降,6个月前婴儿身长体重平均值基本达WHO标准,6个月后则低于WHO标准。结论大力宣传提倡母乳喂养,科学合理地添加辅食,是改善婴幼儿营养状况的重要措施。
Objective To investigate the nutritional status of infants and toddlers in Pingguo County and to find out the status of feeding and nutritional status of infants and toddlers in Pinggu County. It provides a scientific basis for the reasonable feeding of infants and young children, improving their nutritional status and reducing the prevalence of malnutrition. Methods A total of 2540 infants and young children aged 1 ~ 24 months were selected as health check-ups in this county. The height, length and weight of infants and young children were measured and compared with those recommended by the WHO. Conduct a survey of feeding status and supplementary food. Results The frequency of exclusive breastfeeding in infants <4 months was 57.14% and 32.38% respectively. > 6 months baby food supplement unreasonable, and there is a difference between urban and rural areas. The addition of beans and fish, eggs and other high-quality protein is low, so that after 6 months of physical growth and development of infants and young children gradually decline, 6 months ago, the average body weight of infants basically reached the WHO standard, 6 months later than the WHO standards. Conclusion Vigorously promote breastfeeding, scientific and reasonable supplementary food supplement is an important measure to improve the nutritional status of infants and young children.
