对手术方法复制的兔子宫内膜异位症模型,按每千克体重分别应用三烯高诺酮0.06mg、0.12mg及0.24mg(高诺酮组)进行治疗,并与应用丹那唑(每千克体重20mg)(丹那唑组)及空白对照组进行比较。结果:高诺酮组异位子宫内膜重量较对照组明显减轻;内膜明显萎缩;血清卵泡刺激素、黄体生成激素和雌二醇水平下降,孕酮无明显变化。高诺酮组中每千克体重应用0.12mg者的抑制效应,与丹那唑组相似。提示:三烯高诺酮能明显地抑制异位子宫内膜的生长,可用于治疗子宫内膜异位症。
Surgical methods of replication of rabbit endometriosis model, respectively, per kilogram of body weight were applied triene pergolone 0.06mg, 0.12mg and 0.24mg (methotrexate group) for treatment, and with the application of danazol (20 mg / kg body weight) (danazol group) and blank control group. Results: The weight of ectopic endometrium of metoprolol group was significantly lower than that of control group; the atrophy of endometrium was markedly decreased; the levels of serum follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone and estradiol decreased, while progesterone did not change significantly. The inhibitory effect of 0.12 mg per kilogram of body weight in the group receiving the high-dose of norol was similar to that of the group administered with danazol. Tip: Triene hyperninone can significantly inhibit the growth of ectopic endometrium, can be used for the treatment of endometriosis.
