目的 :探讨冬虫夏草对lgA肾病小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞功能的影响。方法 :将 30只BALB/c小鼠按体重随机分为正常对照组 ,模型组与虫草组 ,采用半体内法测定小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力 ,以吞噬百分率和吞噬指数作为腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的指标。结果 :虫草组腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率和吞噬指数均高于模型组 (P <0 .0 5) ,血清循环免疫复合物 (CIC)低于模型组 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :冬虫夏草可以改善lgA肾病小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能 ,降低CIC
Objective: To investigate the effect of Cordyceps sinensis on peritoneal macrophage function in mice with lgA nephropathy. METHODS: Thirty BALB/c mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model group and Cordyceps group. The ability of peritoneal macrophages to phagocytose chicken erythrocytes was determined by half-in vivo method. Percent phagocytosis and phagocytic index were used as abdominal cavity. Macrophage phagocytosis indicators. Results: The phagocytosis percentage and phagocytic index of macrophages in Cordyceps group were higher than those in the model group (P <0.05), and serum circulating immune complexes (CIC) were lower in the Cordyceps group than in the model group (P <0.05). Conclusion : Cordyceps can improve macrophage phagocytosis and reduce CIC in mice with IgA nephropathy
