CNN案件引起了全社会的关注,激起了中国人民的愤慨。本文通过对CNN案件的分析,引发了对我国国际民事诉讼管辖权问题的思考。针对我国国际民事诉讼管辖权制度所存在的问题,为健全我国国际民商事管辖权制度体系提出了建议。
The CNN case has aroused the concern of the entire society and aroused the indignation of the Chinese people. Through the analysis of the CNN cases, this article raised the thinking on the issue of our country’s international civil procedure jurisdiction. In view of the problems existing in the system of jurisdiction of international civil litigation in our country, suggestions are put forward to perfect the system of jurisdiction of international civil and commercial affairs in our country.
