目的探讨替牙期功能性安氏Ⅲ类错的临床诊断及治疗,并为临床诊断及治疗提供理论依据。方法首先,对我院收治的30例替牙期功能性安氏Ⅲ类错患者在治疗前拍摄的正中位及息止位的X线头颅侧位片应用功能分析法进行重叠分析;然后根据患者的下颌和下切牙变化程度,对替牙期功能性安氏Ⅲ类错进行辅助诊断;最后根据各个患者的临床症状制定合适的矫正方法并应用合适的矫正器进行矫正。结果对院收治的30例替牙期功能性安氏Ⅲ类错患者的正中位及息止位的X线头颅侧位片的重叠分析得出:和正常值相比,患者的DGn,与DGn的长度之差存在显著差异,而且SNL1,-L1后下交角发生显著减小。结论应用功能分析法进行的重叠分析在替牙期功能性安氏Ⅲ类错的临床诊断中起重要作用;上颌舌簧垫矫治器,上颌2×4固定矫治器,FrankelⅢ型功能调节器等矫正器在替牙期功能性安氏Ⅲ类错的临床治疗中有明显的效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of functional Class Ⅲ malocclusion during the period of tooth decay and to provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods First of all, 30 cases of patients with functional decompensation of Angle Class Ⅲ malocclusion in our hospital were treated with functional analysis before and after treatment. According to the degree of the patient’s mandibular and inferior incisors, assisted diagnosis of functional Class Ⅲ malocclusion during the periodontal diagnosis was made. Finally, according to the clinical symptoms of each patient, a proper method of correction was established and the proper orthodontic appliances were used to correct them. Results The overlapping analysis of X-ray cephalothorax in 30 patients with functional decompensated Angle ¢ ñ malocclusion in hospital showed that compared with the normal value, the patients’ DGn, There was a significant difference between the length of DGn and the length of DGn. Conclusions The overlap analysis by functional analysis plays an important role in the clinical diagnosis of Class Ⅲ malocclusion during maxillary retrusion. The maxillary reed pad appliance, maxillary 2 × 4 fixed appliance, Frankel Ⅲ functional regulator Orthopedics and other appliances in the period of functional decompensation of Class Ⅲ malocclusion clinically significant effect.
