简介陈欣,男,汉族,1949年生,中共党员,现任内蒙古政协农牧业专委会副主任。1983年起从事水利专业工作摄影,为黄河治理等国家重点工程积累了大量珍贵影像资料,为重大项目投资决策提供资料支持,有的仍在国家发改委保存。2009年以后陆续有作品发表,作品曾获上海世博会影展银奖、内蒙古自治区年度百花奖。
Brief introduction Chen Xin, male, Han nationality, born in 1949, member of the Communist Party of China, the current Inner Mongolia CPPCC Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Committee vice director. He has been engaged in water conservancy professional photography since 1983, has accumulated a large amount of valuable image materials for key national projects such as the Yellow River Management, provided material support for major projects’ investment decisions, and some are still kept by the NDRC. After 2009 one after another works published, works won the Shanghai World Expo Film Festival Silver Award, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Annual Hundred Flowers Award.
