2014年,我国开启了精准扶贫工作机制,核心内容是运用科学有效合规程序对扶贫对象实施精确识别、精确帮扶、精确管理,实现“真扶贫、扶真贫”。本文从基层精准扶贫工作的实践情况入手,分析在现实中精准扶贫公共政策的效用问题,通过强化基础设施建设扶贫和产业扶贫对精准扶贫的公共政策进行优化。
In 2014, China started a precise mechanism for poverty alleviation work. The core content of the project is to implement accurate identification, precise help and precise management of the target of poverty alleviation using scientific and effective compliance procedures so as to achieve “true poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation.” This article starts with the practice of grassroots poverty alleviation work, analyzes the utility of precision poverty alleviation public policy in reality, and optimizes the public policy of precision poverty alleviation by strengthening the infrastructure construction and poverty alleviation.
