《回疆则例》是清朝统一新疆后,为规范律法体系,有效治理新疆而钦定的律法规范,内容涉及政治、经济、宗教、司法等诸多领域,对清朝治疆固边起到了重要的规范参考。《回疆则例》是研究清代新疆律法体制的典范性史料文献。本文试通过研究探析《回疆则例》这一标本性史料文献对清代新疆律法中的一些问题,来研读清代新疆的律法文化及维吾尔族律法观的发展构建。
“The rule of returning to Xinjiang” is the rule of law stipulated after the reunification of Xinjiang by the Qing Dynasty in order to standardize the legal system and effectively govern Xinjiang. It covers many fields such as politics, economy, religion and judicature, and plays an important role in the border control of the Qing Dynasty The normative reference. The Case of “Return to Xinjiang” is a Typical Historical Document Studying the Legal System of Xinjiang in Qing Dynasty. This paper tries to analyze some problems in the Xinjiang law of Qing Dynasty by studying the historical documents of “the rule of returning to Xinjiang” to study the law culture of Xinjiang in Qing Dynasty and the development and construction of the Uyghur law view.
