主要研究了一种道路用水泥乳化沥青砂浆,主要由乳化沥青、水泥、砂及多种外加剂组成,以水泥乳化沥青砂浆流动度、抗压强度、抗折强度、压折比为考察指标,采用正交试验的方法研究乳化沥青、水泥、水、纤维对其整体性能的影响规律,并最终确定该自制水泥乳化沥青砂浆的最佳配比。
Mainly studied a road cement emulsion asphalt mortar, mainly composed of emulsified asphalt, cement, sand and a variety of admixtures, cement emulsified asphalt mortar fluidity, compressive strength, flexural strength, folding ratio as the index, The influence of emulsified asphalt, cement, water and fiber on its overall performance was studied by orthogonal test. Finally, the best proportion of the self-made cement emulsion asphalt mortar was determined.
