在可锻铸铁热镀锌液中加入铝和稀土，含０．５％～５．０％铝的镀锌层的耐腐蚀性能大大提高，但其外观质量差，在含铝０．０５％～０．１０％的锌液中加入０．１０％的稀土，可以提高镀锌层的耐腐蚀性能，降低镀锌层的厚度，相应地也可降低镀锌温度
