社会主义的根本任务是解放和发展生产力,以满足人们不断增长的物质和文化需求。而生产力的首要因素是人。因此全心全意依靠工人阶级是我们党的一贯重要方针。在深化改革,扩大开放,特别是在改革劳动用工和工资分配制度的工作巾,必须进一步牢固树立全心全意依靠工人阶级的思想。依靠职工群众,切实加强民主管理,这是社会主义企业管理的一项基本制度,它不仅是领导干部的工作作风和工作方法问题,而且关系到企业的性质和方向的大问题。
The fundamental task of socialism is to liberate and develop productive forces to meet the growing material and cultural needs of people. The primary factor in productivity is people. Therefore, relying wholeheartedly on the working class is our party’s consistent and important policy. In order to deepen reforms and expand openness, especially in the work towel that reforms the labor employment and wage distribution system, we must further firmly establish the idea of relying on the working class wholeheartedly. Relying on the masses of workers and staff, effectively strengthening democratic management is a basic system for the management of socialist enterprises. It is not only a problem of the work style and working methods of leading cadres, but also relates to the major issues of the nature and direction of the enterprises.
