轧制压力是轧制过程中的重要参数之一,下压率、轧辊直径是影响轧制压力的重要因素。利用DEFORM-3D软件对409L不锈钢的轧制过程进行了有限元数值模拟。建立了下压率为10%、20%、30%,轧辊直径为300、350、400 mm的数值模型。分析了不同参数下轧制过程中的轧制压力变化,以及轧制过程中应力、应变分布。模拟结果表明,轧制压力、应力、应变随下压率和轧辊直径的变化而变化,并呈现一定的变化规律。
Rolling pressure is one of the important parameters in the rolling process. The down-press rate and roll diameter are the important factors affecting the rolling pressure. Finite element simulation of the rolling process of 409L stainless steel was carried out by DEFORM-3D software. The numerical model with the roll-off rates of 10%, 20% and 30% and roll diameters of 300, 350 and 400 mm was established. The variation of rolling pressure and the distribution of stress and strain during the rolling process under different parameters were analyzed. The simulation results show that the rolling pressure, stress and strain vary with the reduction rate and roll diameter, and show a certain variation.
