Ionizing radiation on the body can cause the excitation and ionization of biological macromolecules, resulting in DNA damage, increased chromosome aberration rate. Chromosome aberration has been used as a reference to evaluate the biological effects of ionizing radiation. We used single cell gel electrophoresis (SCGE) technology to detect DNA damage in peripheral blood lymphocytes of radiologists to investigate simple and sensitive biological effects of ionizing radiation
