水力发电机组在运行过程中,可能存在振动、摆度及压力脉动等运行不稳定因素。为掌握某水电厂混流式机组运行稳定性情况,在典型水头下对其进行变负荷真机试验。试验发现,在小负荷区振动摆度平均峰峰值较大,主频信号为2.50Hz的转频;在低中负荷区压力脉动平均峰峰值较大,主频信号为0.63Hz的低频涡带频率;在大负荷区内,振动摆度及压力脉动均趋于平缓,且幅值较小,运行稳定性最佳。试验表明,机组整体运行稳定性良好。
Hydropower units in operation, there may be vibration, swing and pressure fluctuations and other unstable factors. In order to grasp the operational stability of a Francis turbine in a hydropower station, it is subjected to variable load real machine test under the typical head. It is found that the average peak-to-peak amplitude of the vibrational swing in the small load area is large, and the dominant frequency signal is the frequency of 2.50Hz. The average peak-to-peak pressure pulsations in the low and medium load areas are large with the dominant frequency of 0.63Hz In the large load area, the vibrational swing and pressure pulsation tend to be gentle, and the amplitude is small, the best running stability. Experiments show that the whole unit running stability is good.
