在化工、纺织、石油、冶炼和核工程行业中,会经常遇到管子的焊接与安装问题。为了确保焊接质量,简化焊接过程,尽量降低成本,特介绍几种适用于生产的管焊接垫环(见附图1～6)。由附图1～5中各垫环的结构可以看出:这些垫环能够保证接头准备的精度,使整个接头有均匀的焊接间隙,以保证接头全部焊透,从而获得合格的焊缝。由附图6可以看出:垫环的外径与管内壁接触,只要将管套在垫环上,就能够迅速而方便的对中,
In the chemical, textile, oil, smelting and nuclear engineering industries, pipe welding and installation problems are often encountered. In order to ensure the welding quality, to simplify the welding process and to minimize the cost, several kinds of pipe welding ring suitable for production are introduced (see Figs. 1 to 6). It can be seen from the structure of the washers in FIGS. 1 to 5 that these washers can ensure the accuracy of the preparation of the joint so that the entire joint has a uniform welding gap so as to ensure full penetration of the joint so as to obtain a qualified weld.
