本文根据目前军品涂装工艺落后,漆膜质量差,生产效率低的现状,探讨了漆膜防腐蚀的机理和军品对漆膜的要求,指出了提高军品涂膜质量的多种途径:(1)改善涂漆金属表面处理.(2)根据不同用途选择合适的涂料.(3)采用先进的涂装工艺和涂装方式,推广静电喷漆、阴极电泳、高压无空气喷涂等实施双层和多层涂体系.(4)改进烘烤方式等.
