在成人教育中学分制教学管理模式逐步替代学年制管理模式,将成为高等院校教学改革的主导趋势。学分制的学习和管理方式,使成人学习突破了学年制带来的时空上的限制,充分发挥学生的自主性,有利于学生个体发展,对培养应用型、复合型、技艺型人才提供了发展空间。建立适合中国国情,乃至适合自己学校的特点,并结合成人教育的特殊性所建立的学分制模式是最重要的。
In adult education, the credit system teaching management mode gradually replacing the academic year management system, will become the dominant trend of higher education reform. The study and management of credit system make adult learning break the limitation of time and space brought by academic year system, give full play to the autonomy of students, promote the individual development of students and provide the development for cultivating applied, complex and skilled talents space. It is of utmost importance to set up a credit system model that is suitable for China’s national conditions and even suitable for its own characteristics and combines with the particularity of adult education.
