碳酸钙用作造纸填料能够节约能源,降低原料消耗,并提高纸品性能和产量。然而沉淀碳酸钙(PCC)通常不适用于弱酸性和近中性造纸,对施胶的影响较大。本研究用烯基琥珀酸酐(ASA)对其改性,研究改性沉淀碳酸钙的抗酸性及其施胶性能。结果表明,在ASA与PCC的质量比1:60、改性温度60℃、改性时间8min、改性转速为5000r·min-1的实验条件下获得的改性PCC可以提高烯基琥珀酸酐的施胶性能和沉淀碳酸钙的抗酸性。
Calcium carbonate used as a paper filler can save energy, reduce raw material consumption, and improve paper performance and yield. However, precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) is usually not suitable for weakly acidic and near neutral papermaking, and has a significant impact on sizing. In this study, alkenyl succinic anhydride (ASA) was used to modify it to study the acid resistance and sizing properties of modified precipitated calcium carbonate. The results showed that the modified PCC with ASA / PCC ratio of 1:60, modification temperature of 60 ℃, modification time of 8 min and modification speed of 5000 r · min-1 could improve the conversion of alkenyl succinic anhydride Sizing performance and acid resistance of precipitated calcium carbonate.
