在粉尘的毒性表现方面,粉尘的表面物理化学性质具有重要的意义;其中粉尘表面荷电性可能是一个重要参数。Light等发现石棉尘的溶血活性与其表面电动电位(zeta电位)之间存在明显相关。当用氯化铝减少石英粉尘表面的负电荷时其溶血率也下降。本实验选用12种煤矿粉尘(6种煤尘和6种围岩尘)进行表面电动电位的测定,并分析了与其致红细胞溶血和巨噬细胞毒性之间的相互关系。
