本文报告了江浙蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗33例急性心肌梗塞的血小板聚集功能变化。发现常规量使用时,可使各种诱聚剂所致的血小板聚集率降低,但以ADP第二波受抑最为显著。提示其药理作用,可能与封闭血小板膜上的受体阻止血小板内ADP的释放等因素有关。
