用中医辨证、龙马合剂、龙马胶囊以及西药对照等不同剂型疗法治疗精液异常不育症。结果中医辨证组、龙马胶囊组疗效与对照组相仿，龙马合剂组明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），说明中医药治疗精液异常不育症疗效肯定。而中医药各组之间疗法无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），说明在中医药辨证基础上，临床确有疗效的组方，即使剂型改变，其临床疗效仍然肯定，为中医剂型改进提供一定的科学依据
