用数值方法及相似分析法研究了大型圆柱壳体与法兰对接环缝引起的焊接变形。研究结果表明:圆柱形壳体与法兰对接环缝将引起壳体的径向变形及法兰平面度的变化;当不考虑角变形时,采用纵向收缩力模型对圆柱形壳体与法兰对接环缝进行有限元分析的结果与相似分析相吻合,且与实际焊接结果一致。
Numerical simulation and similarity analysis were used to study the welding deformation caused by the butt joint of large cylindrical shell and flange. The results show that the cylindrical shell and the flange butt joint ring will cause the radial deformation of the shell and the variation of the flatness of the flange. When the angular deformation is not considered, the longitudinal contraction force model is used to simulate the cylindrical shell and the flange The results of the finite element analysis of the butt-jointed ring seam coincide with the similar analysis and are consistent with the actual welding results.
