介绍了新型湿式永磁强磁选机的结构、磁场特性及其工作原理,并对某钾长石进行除铁试验研究。结果表明,原矿中Fe2O3含量从0.52%下降到0.17%,精矿产率达到84.61%,除铁率达72.34%。该湿式永磁强磁选机的结构设计合理,分选指标和除铁效果良好。
The structure, magnetic properties and working principle of the new type wet permanent magnetic separator are introduced, and a test of removing iron from a feldspar is carried out. The results show that the content of Fe2O3 in ore decreases from 0.52% to 0.17%, the yield of concentrate reaches 84.61% and the rate of iron removal reaches 72.34%. The wet permanent magnetic separator structure design is reasonable, sorting indicators and iron removal effect is good.
