休斯顿仪器公司生产的DMP系列滚筒式绘图仪在我国微机应用领域中拥有较大市场。虽然该绘图仪以其x,y方向的灵活可变而受到使用者的青睐,但是在实际使用中经常会出现各种硬件故障需要维修。笔者通过对DMP-52MP型滚筒式绘图仪(简称DMP-52MP)这一最常用的绘图仪的逻辑电路分析,简要介绍它的控制原理及维修方法,供读者参考。附图是DMP-52MP原理框图,了解了框图,一旦设备出现故障便可分析判断,切中要害,及时排除。用户在购买设备时均附有电路图,可对照参考,这里不再刊出。从附图中可见,DMP-52MP的控制核心是一个以Z80A组成的主CPU数据处理电路和一个以Z6813组成的从CPU伺服控制电路。这两大部分加
DMP Series drum plotter produced by Houston Instruments has a large market in the field of microcomputer applications in our country. Although the plotter has been favored by users for its flexibility in the x and y directions, various hardware malfunctions are often required in actual use to be repaired.
