广东省清理整顿乱收费工作,是从1990年4月省委、省政府发出关于立即开展清理整顿乱收费、乱罚款和乱摊派的通知后正式开始的。一年来,经过思想发动和自查自报阶段、重点检查阶段、整改建制阶段,目前正进入最后检查验收阶段。据去年底的统计,全省应查的单位共25850个,已自查的有24973个,占应查单位的96.6%;重点检查了8791个单位,占应查面的34%。全省各市累计清理出乱收费3798项,已整改3573项,占应整改面的94.1%。预计一年可减轻社会负担约5亿多元。
The clean-up and rectification of charges in Guangdong Province started formally after the provincial party committee and government issued a circular in April 1990 on immediately launching a rectification charge for arbitrary charges, arbitrary fines and arbitrary apportion. In the past year, after a period of ideological mobilization and self-examination, the key inspection phase and rectification and reforming construction phase are now entering the final inspection and acceptance phase. According to statistics from the end of last year, there were totally 25,850 units to be investigated in the province, 24,973 of which have been self-examined, accounting for 96.6% of the units that should be investigated; 8791 units of key inspections were conducted, accounting for 34% of the units to be investigated. The cities and counties in the province have cleaned up a total of 3,798 indiscriminate charges and have rectified 3573 projects, accounting for 94.1% of the rectification and improvement efforts. It is expected that the social burden will be reduced by about 500 million yuan a year.
