[目的]应用SSR分子标记研究吉林省主推中晚熟期玉米品种的遗传多样性。[方法]通过10对引物对供试材料进行扩增,并用聚丙烯凝胶电泳进行检测。[结果]10对SSR引物在供试材料中共检测出110个等位基因变异,每对SSR引物检测出的等位基因数为4~17个,平均每个位点11个,每个SSR位点的PIC变化范围在0.63~0.93之间,平均0.842。43个玉米杂交种之间的遗传相似系数变化范围为0.664~0.918,平均为0.774,其中样本间遗传相似系数在0.85以上的共有30个。结合聚类分析和各品种的谱系来源,结果表明43份吉林省主推中晚熟期玉米品种的遗传相似性相对较大。[结论]吉林省中晚熟期种质资源相对狭窄,有待于进一步引种创新。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the genetic diversity of middle-late maturing maize varieties in Jilin province by SSR markers. [Method] The tested materials were amplified by 10 pairs of primers and detected by polypropylene gel electrophoresis. [Result] A total of 110 alleles were detected in 10 pairs of SSR primers. The number of alleles detected per pair of SSR primers was 4 to 17 with an average of 11 loci per locus. Each SSR locus The PIC ranged from 0.63 to 0.93 with an average of 0.842.43. The genetic similarity coefficient between 0.664 and 0.918 varied from 0.664 to 0.918, with an average of 0.774. There were 30 genetic similarity coefficients of 0.85 in the samples . Based on the cluster analysis and the pedigree of each breed, the results showed that the genetic similarity of 43 middle-late maturing maize breeds in Jilin Province was relatively high. [Conclusion] The germplasm resources in middle and late maturity stages of Jilin Province were relatively narrow, which needs further introduction and innovation.
