辐照没有影响棉铃虫雄虫复射精管中有核精子束的数量和雌虫精包中有核精子的数量,但影响了有核精子束成熟的过程。与400 Gy辐照棉铃虫雄虫交配后,雌虫受精囊中有核精子的数量与活力显著降低(P <0. 05)。
Irradiation did not affect the number of nucleated sperm bundles and the number of nucleated spermatozoa in the female ejaculate, but affected the maturation of nuclear sperm bundles. After mating with 400 Gy irradiated H. armigera, the number and viability of nucleated spermatozoa in female seminal vesicles were significantly reduced (P <0.05).
