王仲英,名士杰(1907年10月～1986年9月)。祖籍甘肃省兰州市,其父王海舟精于中医内、妇、儿诸科。幼承家训,志在歧黄,在兰州国文专修馆(相当于高级中学)毕业后,于1933年考入北平华北国医学院深造,承蒙中医大师施今墨教诲,至1937年7月毕业返回兰州,即悬壶应诊,并受聘任中央国医馆甘肃省分馆副馆长。曾任兰州市中医师公会、甘肃省中医师公会理事长,兰山中医学校,兰山中学校长、兰州市总工会劳工子弟学校校长等职。1950年被推选为甘肃省中医代表,参加了中央召开的全国第一届卫生工作会议,受到毛泽东主席和周恩来总理的接见。历任兰州市中医院医师、白银市人民医院主任中医师、兰州市政协委员、甘肃中医
Wang Zhongying, famous Shijie (October 1907 ~ September 1986). Ancestral home Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, his father Wang Ha Zhou skilled in Chinese medicine, women and children subjects. After graduating from the Lanzhou Chinese Training Center (equivalent to a high school), he was admitted to Peking North China Medical College in 1933 for further studies.
