The popularization and application of office automation in document processing has produced a large number of electronic documents that need to be filed. With the rapid development of information technology and network technology, electronic documents in colleges and universities play an increasingly important role in all fields. Enhancing the archiving management of electronic documents in colleges and universities is an urgent problem to be solved in archives work.
