贵阳轨道交通1号线下穿南明河段,该工程处于岩溶富水区域,地质条件复杂,采用光面爆破施工技术并结合全断面预注浆处理。从全断面预注浆、洞内加固支护、炮孔布置、装药结构等方面阐述和优化了南明河隧道爆破设计方案,同时对全断面预注浆堵水效果、隧道超欠挖和爆破振动效应安全检验进行了验算实践表明,取得了较好的施工效果。该工程对溶岩富水等复杂条件下暗挖隧道施工具有指导和借鉴意义。
Guiyang Rail Transit Line 1 passes through Nanming Reach, which is located in a karst water-rich area with complex geological conditions. The project uses smooth blasting technology combined with full-face pre-grouting treatment. The design scheme of Nanminghe Tunnel blasting is elaborated and optimized from the aspects of pre-grouting in full section, reinforcement and support in borehole, arrangement of blasthole and charge structure. Meanwhile, Vibration effect safety inspection carried out checking calculations show that achieved good construction results. The project is instructive and reference for the construction of undercut tunnels under complex conditions such as water-rich lava.
