抑制龈下放线共生放线杆菌对临床解决藏有此微生物的牙周袋是必要的,而大多数临床处理难以消除放线共生放线杆菌。本研究评价过氧化氢龈下冲洗对牙周袋中放线共生放线杆菌的疗效。材料和方法选7名患者,总计24个牙周袋探诊牙周袋深大于5mm,且均有临床炎症。3名患者是青少年牙周炎,其中2名是以前治疗无效(Ⅰ、Ⅱ),1人未经治疗(Ⅲ)。4名患者是成人牙周炎(Ⅳ～Ⅶ)。
