企业内部的劳动力市场是一种不同于新古典模型的劳动力市场制度安排。近年来国外关于内部劳动力市场的研究已成为企业理论以及劳动经济理论的前沿领域之一。这些研究拓宽了新古典理论,深化了人们对市场经济体制下制度安排多样性的认识,在一定程度上推动了微观经济学的变革。本文在吸收这些研究成果的基础上,集中探讨了内部劳动力市场的运作特征及其效率问题,并发掘其对于我国企业与劳动经济理论研究和就业体制改革所可能具有的借鉴意义。
The labor market within an enterprise is a system of labor market institutions that is different from the neoclassical model. In recent years, foreign studies on the internal labor market have become one of the frontier fields in the theory of enterprises and labor economy. These studies broaden the neoclassical theory, deepen people's understanding of the diversity of institutional arrangements under the market economy system and to some extent promote the change of microeconomics. On the basis of absorbing these research results, this paper focuses on the operational characteristics of the internal labor market and its efficiency, and explores what it may have for reference to the theoretical research on Chinese enterprises and labor economy and the reform of employment system.
