现代微波频率综合技术的发展趋势是多功能(宽频带、多频点),低相位噪声,频率捷变,具有各种调制和扫频,以及有程控能力(加IEC-IB标准接口)等。频率综合的方法除经典的直接综合法和间接综合法外,近年来还出现了声表面波和数字式等新途径。电路上则充分利用了微波集成、取样、锁相、声表面波、数字以至计算机等新技术的成果。由于微波频率综合技术的迅速发展,使它愈来愈广泛应用于各尖端电子技术领域。本文论述这些发展趋势和存在问题。文末附国外微波频率综合器一些典型产品(以及一些大型电子系统专用频综)性能指标一览表。
