目的 :探讨准分子激光角膜切削术 (photorefractivekeratectomy ,PRK)与准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (laserinsitukeratomileusis,LASIK)前后角膜地形图的变化及其与裸眼视力的关系。方法 :采用EyeSys 2 0 0 0型角膜地形图系统测量PRK、LASIK术前及术后 10天、1、3、6、12及 2 4个月时的角膜地形图并记录同期的视力。结果 :角膜地形图显示术后切削形态随着时间延长 ,趋于规则 ;Simk的差值和等效值 ,PRK组和LASIK组术前与术后相比都有显著性差异。术后偏心距离均在1 0 0mm内 ,术后裸眼视力≥ 0 6。结论 :在低、中度近视中 ,LASIK术后的偏心程度较PRK的稍重 ,引起裸眼视力偏低。
Objective: To investigate the changes of corneal topography before and after photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) and laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) and its relationship with uncorrected visual acuity. Methods: The EyeSys 200 corneal topography system was used to measure corneal topography before PRK, LASIK and at 10 days, 1, 3, 6, 12 and 24 months after PRK, and the visual acuity of the same period was recorded. Results: The corneal topography showed that the shape of postoperative cut became regular with the time increasing. The differences and equivalent values of Simk were significantly different between PRK group and LASIK group before and after operation. The postoperative eccentric distance was within 100mm, postoperative uncorrected visual acuity ≥ 0 6. Conclusion: In low and moderate myopia, eccentricity after LASIK is slightly heavier than that of PRK, which causes low visual acuity in the naked eye.
