With the advent of electronic warfare, the further escalation of electronic warfare, and the further increase of high-power signal sources, there is an increasing demand for high-power circulators with poor phase shift. In this paper, the structure characteristics and design method of this kind of device are given, and the measured parameters with center frequency of 2.9GHz and bandwidth of 5% are given to meet the requirements of users
