为促进教师阐述观点、交流思想,传承近百年的学校文化,2010年1月,浙江宁波市实验小学“鄮西讲坛”拉开帷幕。“鄮西讲坛”由校长室、教科室负责管理,研修组织由不同的项目团队组成。“鄮西讲坛”的实施流程分为提出问题、归因与分析、措施与行动、评估与反思四个阶段,是一个循环往复、不断修正的过程。“鄮西讲坛”的推进策略是创新形式、设立专题、形成系列、全员参与和评选精品。
In order to promote teachers to elaborate their views, exchange ideas, and pass on nearly a hundred years of school culture, in January 2010, Ningbo Experimental Primary School “Yuexi Forum ” kicked off. “鄮 West Forum ” by the principal’s office, the classroom is responsible for management, training organizations from different project team. The implementation process of the “West-West Forum” is divided into four phases: asking questions, attribution and analysis, measures and actions, evaluating and reflecting, and it is a process that is cyclic and continuous and constantly revised. The promotion strategy of “West-West Forum” is an innovative form, setting up a special topic, forming a series, full participation and selection of fine products.
