石英晶体振荡器的计量工作,是一项长时间的连续操作过程,它的测量精度高,连续工作时间长,给计量人员带来一定的困难。针对这个问题,我们研制了微机控制晶振测量仪,它以单板计算机为控制中心,控制测量晶振的整个系统,自动化程度较高,可实现无人操作。本文是该仪器研制的总结。全文主要分为晶振测量的概述,仪器设计的构思,仪器功能的论述,仪器电路的设计,软件编制。最后,就本成果的经济效益做了简要论述。有一定的参考价值。
Quartz crystal oscillator measurement work is a long time continuous operation, its high accuracy, continuous working time, to the measurement staff to bring some difficulties.
