甘州区河道内采砂主要集中在黑河。采砂场主要分布在张肃公路213线黑河大桥以南黑河河道西侧,共划分6个采砂区,设置采砂场26个,在河道采砂管理中严格按照批准的河道采砂规划执行,对河道采砂企业和个人办理河道采砂许可证。但在具体采砂过程中还存在不少问题,本文从甘州区河道采砂管理实际出发,从河道采砂管理现状、河道采砂管理和收费的主要做法、存在的问题及对策建议等方面加以阐述,分析原因并提出解决措施。
Ganzhou River sand mining mainly concentrated in Heihe. The sand mining sites are mainly distributed on the west side of Heihe River, south of Heihe River Bridge, at 213th Line of Zhangsheng Highway. There are 6 sand mining areas and 26 sand mining sites. In the sand excavation management, they are strictly implemented according to the approved river sand mining planning , The river sand mining enterprises and individuals for river mining permit. However, there are still many problems in the process of sand mining. In this paper, from the actuality of sand mining management in Ganzhou district, the paper analyzes the present situation of sand mining management in the river, the main practices of river sand mining management and charging, existing problems and countermeasures To elaborate, analyze the reasons and propose solutions.
