1999年,省公司全年实现保费收入74469万元,比上年同期增长21.42%,高出全国平均水平7个百分点。全面完成了总公司下达的各项经营指标。一年来,我们的主要作法是: 强化基础工作,狠抓规范管理。一是加快“两个中心”的建设步伐。开发了《保单状态库软件系统》,业务进入电脑管理;各分公司都建立了区内电子网络,初步实现了业务的集中处理;完成了营销业务向综合业务处理系统的数据转换;推行了财务管理软件;制定了业务和财务处理中心的实施方案。二是代理人管理进一步加强。与2387名个人代理人重新签订了代理合同,并建立了个人代理人档案,代理人持证人数达2487人,持证率达65.79%;配合保监会开展了中介市场清理整顿,全省系统有370家单位通过兼业代理资格
