目的了解2007—2011年昆山市《健康危害因素监测信息系统》网络直报情况。方法采用2007—2011年昆山市《健康危害因素监测信息系统》产出表进行统计分析。结果近5年昆山市职业健康监护网络直报漏报现象较为严重,2009年漏报率高达90.1%,平均漏报率为60.8%,而接触有毒有害因素的职业健康检查人数呈现上升趋势,职业禁忌证人数逐年增加;职业病危害因素检测网络直报情况逐年好转,从2007年漏报率58.8%上升至2011年全部进行网络直报,近年检测企业数和检测点数均呈现上升趋势,合格率稳中有升。结论昆山市职业健康监护网络直报工作仍需加强落实。
Objective To understand the situation of network direct reporting of “Health Hazard Monitoring Information System” in Kunshan City from 2007 to 2011. Methods A statistical analysis of the “Health Hazards Monitoring Information System” output table in Kunshan City from 2007 to 2011 was conducted. Results In the recent 5 years, the omission report of the occupational health monitoring network in Kunshan was more serious. The omission rate reported in 2009 was as high as 90.1% and the average false negative rate was 60.8%. However, the number of occupational health examination exposed to toxic and harmful factors showed an upward trend. The number of contraindications increased year by year; the situation of direct reporting of occupational disease hazard detection network improved year by year, from 57.8% in 2007 to 45% in 2011. In recent years, the number of testing enterprises and testing points showed an upward trend with a steady passing rate In the rise. Conclusion Kunshan City, Occupational Health Monitoring Network Direct Report still need to strengthen the implementation.
