组织结构是医院经营管理的组织基础保障。医院组织结构决定着医院的功能,建立命令统一、分工负责、权责对等、目标明确、管理可控、宽度适宜、结构合理的组织是实现医院现代化的基本要求。随着医院所面临的外部环境和内部情况的变化,医院的组织机构也要作出相应的变革。本文从一个案例入手,详细剖析了该院组织结构现存的组织结构设置、部门科室职能、人力资源配置、管理者角色定位等四个方面所存在的问题,论述了如何在医院中实施组织机构治理以及实施后所带来的影响。纵观国内其他医院的组织架构情况,本案例具有一定的典型意义,因此该案例诊断方案也可供同类医院借鉴。
Organizational structure is the basic guarantee for the organization of hospital management.
