本文将经济结构界定为产业结构、区域结构以及所有制结构。通过对1978—2003年间的结构变量对经济增长的贡献率进行整体以及分阶段的计量分析,揭示出产业结构调整主导着经济增长但影响力不断趋弱、国有企业民营化损失宏观效率等现象;今后要稳妥推进国有企业改革,将所有制结构、区域结构调整与第三产业内部结构的优化结合起来,以此更好的促进经济增长。
This article defines the economic structure as industrial structure, regional structure and ownership structure. Through the overall and phased analysis of the contribution rate of structural variables to economic growth from 1978 to 2003, it reveals that the adjustment of industrial structure dominates economic growth but its influence is weaker and the macro-efficiency of privatization of state-owned enterprises is neglected. In the future, we must steadfastly promote the reform of state-owned enterprises, combine the ownership structure and the adjustment of the regional structure with the optimization of the internal structure of the tertiary industry so as to better promote economic growth.
