企业改制转产 ,需要把转产培训放在首要位置来抓 ,靠培训人才使企业顺利和快速达到转产的目的。在转产培训过程中 ,要建立专门的培训管理机构 ;在课程设置上 ,要以实际、实用、实效为原则 ,注重理论与实践相结合 ,制定既有相对独立性、又有联系性的培训教学模块 ;要建立一支既懂得理论知识、又具有实践经验的双师型培训教师队伍 ,以保证转产培训的顺利完成
