介绍大坝地震监测的两方面内容：一是大坝区域的地震研究，包括确定地震活动的基本情况、区域活动断层的概貌和监测水库可能诱发的地震；二是监测坝体等建筑物对不同震级地震的反映灵敏度。指出，大坝地震监测能用来检验设计中的一些假定是否正确，并能预估建筑物对更高震级地震的灵敏度。
This paper introduces two aspects of dam seismic monitoring: one is seismic study of dam area, which includes the basic situation of determining seismic activity, the overview of regional active faults and the possible earthquake induced by reservoir; the other is to monitor the dam structures such as dam Earthquake reflection sensitivity. Pointed out that dam seismic monitoring can be used to test whether some assumptions in the design are correct and to predict the sensitivity of a building to higher magnitudes of earthquakes.
