公共图书馆是社会公共文化传播和服务的重要场所,能够有效地满足人民群众对于基本文化的需求,同时也能保证人们的权利和利益。现如今,在我国的公共图书馆的管理中还存在一些问题,特别是在免费服务条件下的图书馆,更需要加强管理和重视。只有对图书馆的服务质量进行优化,采用科学合理的服务质量评价模式,这样才能提高公共图书馆的服务质量,满足人们对基础文化的要求。
Public libraries are an important place for social public cultural dissemination and service. They can effectively meet people’s needs for basic culture while guaranteeing their rights and interests. Nowadays, there are still some problems in the management of public libraries in our country. In particular, libraries under free service conditions need to be more managed and valued. Only by optimizing the service quality of the library and using the scientific and reasonable service quality evaluation mode can we improve the service quality of the public library and meet people’s requirements of basic culture.
