当今,国有大中型企业在社会发展和人民生产生活中扮有极其重要的角色。这些企业组织结构复杂,整体规模庞大。近年来,国家加强了对金融、石油、电力、铁路、电信等行业的改革力度,若要保障机构调整和改革措施的顺利推行,维护“人”的思想稳定是根本。为此,笔者以所工作的国网北京检修公司为例,详细阐述了如何通过坚持“落实责任、沟通为先、以人为本”的原则,建立三级责任主体,搭建制度流程、宣讲引领和人文关怀三个管理平台,创新宣传、沟通和调研三项工作机制,构建立体化思想保障体系,深入统一职工思想,助推企业改革破浪前行。
Today, state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises play an extremely important role in social development and people’s production and life.
