Although Ningxia ranks first in the number of investment in the whole country and in the western region, although there are objectively unfavorable factors such as environment, geography and transportation, this does not mask our differences in concept, work deficiencies and actions slow. Only by looking into the gap and finding the right questions can we make great strides.
