本文介绍人造睾丸的制备及其在动物体内的实验结果。将雄性激素丙酸睾丸酮按一定的重量比,利用低温辐照技术固定在聚甲基丙烯酸β羟乙酯载体内,制成人造睾丸。将人造睾丸埋植在摘除了两侧睾丸的雄性家兔的阴囊内,用放射免疫法定期测定其血清中睾丸酮的水平。一年来的测试结果表明,人造睾丸在动物体内能长期稳定地释放丙酸睾丸酮。血清中丙酸睾丸酮的释放水平维持在479±42ng/100ml的范围内,高于正常雄兔的平均值(329±45ng/100ml)。血清中睾酮的浓度在初期较高,以后逐渐减小并趋于稳定。还观察了阴囊部位组织片,白细胞数目及健康状况,均未见异常。
This article describes the preparation of artificial testis and its experimental results in animals. The male hormone testosterone propionate by a certain weight ratio, the use of low temperature irradiation technology fixed in poly (β-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) carrier, made artificial testis. The artificial testicles were implanted in the scrotum of male rabbits with both testicles removed, and their serum levels of testosterone were routinely determined by radioimmunoassay. Test results over the past year show that artificial testicles release testosterone propionate in animals over a long period of time. The release of testosterone propionate in serum was maintained at a range of 479 ± 42 ng / 100 ml, which was higher than the mean of normal male rabbits (329 ± 45 ng / 100 ml). Serum testosterone concentrations in the early high, then gradually reduce and tend to be stable.
